Hosting

The website runs in a data centre of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, located in Frankfurt am Main. IONOS processes the data arising from your visit on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

Server log files

To deliver the website, the server necessarily processes your device's IP address. It is not stored. Each request is logged without the IP address, with:

• the date and time of the request,
• the requested address, the request method and the HTTP status code,
• the amount of data transferred and the processing time.

The previously visited page (referrer) and your browser's identifier are not logged. The purpose is to operate the website securely and reliably, including troubleshooting. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in these purposes. The logs do not allow any conclusions about you as a person and are continuously overwritten.

Contact by email

If you email us, we process your details to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract or steps towards one, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise. We delete the details once they are no longer needed for this and no statutory retention obligation applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). An email to the address above is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is: the North Rhine-Westphalia Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
